About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Civil Engineer (Landscape)

who is fluent in Arabic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the planning, design, and execution of landscaping projects across various developments, ensuring quality, sustainability, and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all civil and infrastructure aspects of landscape projects from concept to completion. Collaborate with landscape architects, urban planners, and contractors to deliver high-quality, sustainable designs. Prepare detailed construction drawings, BOQs, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental guidelines, and health & safety standards. Supervise on-site construction and coordinate with subcontractors and project stakeholders. Provide technical advice and solutions to resolve design or site issues. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress to ensure timely delivery. Liaise effectively with Arabic-speaking clients, consultants, and authorities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's is a plus). Minimum of 5 years' experience in civil/landscape engineering, preferably in the GCC or Middle East. Proven track record in infrastructure and landscape projects (parks, urban spaces, public realm). Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office, and other engineering software. Strong understanding of irrigation systems, grading, drainage, and paving works. Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

Valid UAE (or relevant country) driving license is an advantage.
