Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage G+4 building construction projects.
Ensure compliance with local authority guidelines and project specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, and quality control documentation.
Attend site inspections and resolve technical issues on-site.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Valid
G+4 Certification (Dubai Municipality)

Minimum 4-6 years of
UAE experience
in civil construction.
Valid
UAE driving license
