Job Description

MSH Contracting LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Civil Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

fit-out and interior works

, with proven experience in

project management

and handling approvals from authorities.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and oversee fit-out and interior design projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met. Prepare, review, and submit project documentation, including drawings and permits. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) and other authority regulations. Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets. Supervise site activities and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Valid

Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineer Approval

and

G+1 License

. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in

fit-out and interior project management

in the UAE. Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and handover procedures. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Valid UAE

Driver's License
