We are looking for a
Civil Engineer
with strong expertise infit-out, joinery, porta cabin works, and civil projects
who canlead and manage a team on-site
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience withmaterial submittals, risk assessment, drawing review/interpretation, and overall site supervision
.This is a client-facing and leadership role where you will:
Lead and manage the site team
to deliver projects on time. Meet with consultants and project managers regularly. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors. Oversee quality control and ensure safety compliance. Coordinate procurement and site execution activities.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review fit-out material submittals. Conduct risk assessments and ensure HSE compliance. Interpret technical drawings and plan execution schedules. Manage manpower allocation and ensure smooth workflow. Liaise with consultants, clients, and project managers. Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent). Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in fit-out and civil works. Proven experience in
team management and site leadership
. Strong knowledge of joinery, porta cabin construction, and general civil works. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Job Type:
