Civil Engineer (Curtain Wall Experience) Full Immediate Hiring for Civil Engineer DUTIES

• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and codes by providing guidance and direction to civil engineering staff
• Enhance efficiency and productivity by overseeing and reviewing engineering processes and resources on a regular basis
• Plan the implementation of new engineering initiatives, including investigating new technologies
• Estimate the cost of projects and programs and maintain them
• Assess the need for revisions to engineering standards, codes, and regulations
• Assess the compliance of engineering projects with applicable regulations, standards, and codes
• Know the impact of emerging technologies on civil engineering
• Participate actively in professional activities, such as meetings and conferences
• Participate in professional organizations and maintain a professional image for civil engineering
• Analyze and resolve engineering problems and demonstrate effective skills in oral and written communication

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of engineers, including reviewing specifications and bidding documents, scheduling appointments, and providing engineering advice and support
• Perform structural, hydraulic, and environmental engineering projects, and collaborate with project team members and clients
• Provide civil engineering support for all activities in the project, such as environmental permitting, permitting process development, and preliminary engineering, as well as during construction
• Coordinate with contractors and clients to resolve issues that arise during project execution
• Conduct technical reviews of engineering drawings, plans, and specifications
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with project team members and clients
• overseeing the maintenance, operation, and safety of aluminum and glass facilities. They ensure that these facilities are functioning optimally, meeting safety standards, and are well-maintained.
• Maintenance Planning: develops and implements maintenance plans and schedules for aluminum and glass facilities. This includes regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure the longevity and efficiency of equipment and structures.
• Facility Inspections: Regular inspections are conducted to assess the condition of aluminum and glass structures, such as windows, doors, curtain walls, and facades. The engineer identifies potential issues, such as cracks, leaks, or damaged components, and takes appropriate measures to address them.

Repair and Restoration: When issues or damages are identified, the engineer coordinates repairs and restoration work. They may work with contractors, vendors, or maintenance teams to ensure timely and quality repairs, maintaining the functionality and aesthetics of the aluminum and glass elements. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
