Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review civil engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
Develop detailed 3D models for infrastructure and building projects using industry-standard software.
Convert 2D drawings and concepts into accurate 3D visualizations and renderings.
Assist in planning, design coordination, and feasibility studies for civil works.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
Perform quantity take-offs, basic structural calculations, and material estimations as required.
Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
Revise models and drawings based on client feedback and site conditions.
Support project documentation, presentations, and approvals.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in civil engineering design and 3D modeling.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and engineering standards.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate them into 3D models.
Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with rendering, animation, or BIM workflows.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Site experience and exposure to project execution.
