We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer cum 3D Modeler with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for civil design tasks along with creating detailed and accurate 3D models for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare civil and structural drawings, site layouts, and technical documentation.
- Develop 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, and site teams to ensure accurate representation of design.
- Assist in project planning, material estimation, and BOQ preparation.
- Review and revise models based on feedback and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil design and 3D modeling.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other modeling/design software.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
