Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing concrete construction activities including foundations, slabs, structural elements, and repair works. Ensures quality control, compliance with codes and safety standards, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and review concrete structures based on project requirements. Supervise the execution of concrete works, including formwork, reinforcement, mixing, pouring, curing, and finishing. Coordinate with structural engineers and architects for project alignment. Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS) and monitor material consumption. Ensure quality control tests (slump test, cube test, etc.) are conducted as required. Maintain site records and prepare progress reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 3+ years of experience in concrete construction. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and structural analysis tools. Strong knowledge of IS codes / ACI standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
