Job Description

Experience:



Minimum

5 years of building waterproofing experience

, including

GCC / Middle East projects



Education:



Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in

Civil Engineering



Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced

Civil Engineer - Building Waterproofing

with proven

GCC project experience

to handle waterproofing works for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The candidate must be familiar with

GCC construction standards, climatic conditions

, and leading waterproofing systems used in the Middle East.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



5+ years

of hands-on experience in

building waterproofing

, with

GCC exposure

Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems used in

UAE / GCC.

Familiarity with

local authority requirements

and inspection processes Experience working under

consultant supervision

Ability to identify and resolve waterproofing failures and seepage issues Good communication and coordination skills Proficient in

AutoCAD

and

MS Office


Preferred Experience:



Experience in

high-rise buildings, basements, and podium waterproofing

Experience working with leading waterproofing brands (Fosroc, Sika, BASF, Mapei, etc.) Experience in

repair and rehabilitation waterproofing

Valid

GCC driving license

(preferred)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
