We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Civil Engineer with a specialization in Architectural Design

to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must hold a

G+4 license

approved by

Dubai Municipality

and

Society of Engineers (S.O.E) approval

, with a strong background in

structural design

and architectural coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural and structural designs in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations. Prepare and review technical drawings, architectural layouts, and structural calculations. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent and structural integrity are maintained. Manage and review project submissions to Dubai Municipality for approvals. Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design specifications and standards. Identify and resolve any design-related issues during the construction phase. Ensure that all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and drafters.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in Civil Engineering or a related field. Must possess a

G+4 license from Dubai Municipality

.

Society of Engineers (S.O.E) UAE membership/approval

is mandatory. Minimum of

5 years of experience

in civil/structural engineering and architectural design within the UAE. Proven experience in preparing and submitting drawings for authority approvals. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAFE, and other relevant software. Excellent knowledge of Dubai building regulations and construction standards. Strong communication and project coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Structural Engineering or Architectural Engineering. PMP or other project management certifications. Experience in handling G+4 projects from concept to completion.
