Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee execution of finishing and fit-out activities.
Review design/shop drawings and ensure site implementation matches approved details.
Lead teams in lime, rammed earth, terrazzo, and decorative finishes.
Ensure project progress, quality, and client coordination are maintained.
Supervise technical submissions and reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
5+ years experience in finishing, decorative, or sustainable material projects.
Knowledge of architectural detailing and project coordination.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and site supervision tools.
