Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise civil works on-site in accordance with approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and project timelines
Prepare technical reports, method statements, and progress updates
Review drawings, BOQs, and material submittals
Liaise with local authorities and municipalities as required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum
3 years of proven experience in the UAE
Fluent in Arabic
(spoken and written); English proficiency required
Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, standards, and approval processes
Experience in site supervision and project coordination
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Primavera is a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
