Job Description

:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the UAE construction sector. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated the capability to manage civil engineering projects independently from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with local regulations and quality standards & Experience in Villa project is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute civil construction projects independently, from planning to handover.

Conduct site inspections, supervise construction activities, and ensure work is executed as per design and safety standards.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.

Prepare and review structural drawings, BOQs, project schedules, and progress reports.

Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Manage procurement of materials and resources while optimizing costs.

Handle project documentation including permits, approvals, and site records.

Implement health and safety measures as per UAE regulations.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective on-site solutions.

Maintain clear communication across all project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (or equivalent).

Minimum 5 years of hands-on civil engineering experience in the UAE.

Experience in Villa project is an added advantage.

Proven track record of project independently.

Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, DM/DDA/Trakhees/ADM standards, and local authority approval procedures.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and civil engineering software.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

UAE driving license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
