Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled

Civil Engineer

to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure and construction projects from conception to completion. This role requires deep technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a thorough understanding of UAE regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects including roads, bridges, utilities, and infrastructure developments. Review and approve engineering designs, technical specifications, and construction documents. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards, codes, and local regulations. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, structural engineers, contractors, and government authorities. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams. Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site engineering issues as needed. Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders. Handle contract management and claims analysis, where required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred). 15+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior role in the UAE. Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects. Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer status is preferred. Familiarity with UAE building codes, DM/DDA/ADDC/ADM regulations, and local authority approvals. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, MS Project, and Primavera. UAE driving license is an advantage.
