Job duties and responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Liaising with architects and engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs required by the company. \xc2\xb7 Capable of following specifications and calculations to create various technical and specialized drawings. \xc2\xb7 Preparing both rough sketches and detailed with computer-aided design (CAD) software. \xc2\xb7 Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained drawings. \xc2\xb7 Preparing, reviewing, and redrafting rough sketches alongside the engineering team while ensuring that the final designs are compliant with the building regulations. \xc2\xb7 Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team. \xc2\xb7 Capable of identifying potential operational issues and redesigning products to improve functionality. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring that final designs comply with regulations and quality standards of the company. \xc2\xb7 Competent in creating manuals that describe existing products\xe2\x80\x99 operation, features and maintenance. Job qualifications/requirements \xc2\xb7 2 \xe2\x80\x93 2 \xc2\xbd years of experience working as a civil draftsman in any GCC country. \xc2\xb7 Diploma or professional qualification in civil draftsman or civil engineering. \xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience using computer-aided design (CAD) software. \xc2\xb7 Ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail. \xc2\xb7 Salary provided as per the experience of the candidate.
