Position: Civil Draftsman
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Experience: Minimum 2 years in UAE construction projects

Responsibilities:

Work closely with engineers and architects to create detailed technical drawings, plans, and blueprints for construction projects.
Prepare accurate 2D and 3D drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other drafting tools.
Assist in analyzing project specifications and requirements to ensure drawings align with project goals.
Collaborate with the project team to address design changes and modifications as needed.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards in all drafted documents.
Review and cross-check drawings for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and project-related documents.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Civil Draftsman in the UAE construction sector.
Proficiency in using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and other drafting tools.
Sound knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
Ability to interpret technical specifications, architectural drawings, and engineering sketches.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision and accuracy in drafting work.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
A proactive and problem-solving approach to address design challenges.
