is seeking a talented and detail-oriented
Civil Draftsman
to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in preparing accurate technical drawings for
civil and structural works
in the construction field, with a strong understanding of site requirements and construction practices in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
civil and structural drawings
using AutoCAD and other drafting software
Create shop drawings, as-built drawings, and layout plans based on engineering specifications
Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy
Modify and update existing drawings as per site instructions and project changes
Ensure compliance with local construction standards and regulations
Maintain drawing records and documentation in an organized manner
Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and material schedules when required
Requirements:
Diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a
Civil Draftsman
in the
construction industry
(preferably in the UAE or GCC)
Proficient in
AutoCAD
and other relevant drafting tools
Knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural drawing standards
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills in English
