to support our project engineering and execution teams. The draftsman will be based at the site office and is responsible for preparing all types of detailed technical drawings related to civil and structural works.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed structural and civil drawings as per engineer's instructions.
Modify and revise drawings as per site or consultant comments.
Ensure proper layer management, scaling, and dimensioning as per standards.
Maintain drawing logs and revisions history.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years UAE experience
in drafting for civil and structural works.
Expert in
AutoCAD (latest version)
, with knowledge of Revit or BIM as a plus.
Familiarity with UAE municipality/authority CAD standards.
Ability to read and understand architectural/structural design intent.
Diploma or Certificate in Civil Drafting
from a recognized technical institute.
DM/Trakhees/ADM Draftsman Approval
is preferred.
