A Civil Draftsman is required to immediately join on contracting company based in Abu Dhabi. The following are the minimum requirement : - UAE Experience in building projects ( Structure abd finishes - proficient in AutoCAD -Experience working with the main contractor- Minimum 5 Years - Good Communication Skills -Job Responsibilities - Preparation of shop drawing related to all civil works - preparation of As-Built Drawing - Keeping and maintaining drawing logs - Job Types : Full Time , permanent _ location : Abu Dhabi - Create, design and develop solutions, and coordinate efforts with engineering and product management team. - Preparing Shop Drawings, As Built Drawings, Proposal Drawings, Schematic Drawings for Submission. - Preparing Quantity for the projects as per the Specification, Drawings and as per Site condition. - Preparing WGS84 Coordinates for Plotting the site and other specific detail for Site Work. - In Design and Built Project, Prepared Plans, Elevations, Sections, Interior works and 3D work. - Drafting and Preparing Drawings as per the Site Condition. - Preparing Shop Drawings for Architectural, Civil & Structural. - Drafted MEP Shop drawing. - Prepare Shop Drawings and get approval from Consultant & Client and providing the Drawings to the Site. -Preparing Drawings for Approval from Municipality, Civil Defence, Employer & Consultant. - Architectural design for Residential and Commercial buildings also includes presentation, client handling, Approvals, Site analysis, Estimation, Project profile, Material selection, Quantity survey,Site supervision, Project management etc. - Projects plans, Elevations, Sections, Interior works, 3D works, MEP Drawings, Site supervising,Approval Drawings, Structural Drawings, Estimation, Planned, Designed and executed. - Perform Architectural analysis, design, and details on a variety of commercial & residential projects. - Approve engineering technical submittals, shop drawing designs, and method of work specifications. - Site mobilization and setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specifications, Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.
