Overview

Design of renovation and conversion projects and preparation of project material (Tasks can range widely from design work to construction work. During the design phase there will be a lot of coordination work with customers and contractors). Calculation of offers, both fixed prices and estimated prices. Supervision and client advisor on construction projects, as well as control of completed projects.

In addition, work tasks could be:


Technical surveys of a building professional nature, including layout and surveying tasks with Total Station/GPS. Advising operations personnel in connection with maintenance work and operational problems. Make technical decisions in connection with projects, within the overall financial framework. Correspondence and briefing with the customer. Technical review of other people's projects. Establishment and maintenance of procedures and manuals. Contribute to interdisciplinary dialogue in the department.

Job Requirements

Knowledge of fire prevention in construction is an advantage. Knowledge of foundations is an advantage. Versatile experience from construction/construction management is an advantage. Experience from other fields within construction is an advantage. Proficient in Danish and English at a technical level. Proficient in general IT, such as MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Knowledge of AutoCAD. Driving license for a passenger car.
