PES ENGINEERING was born from the Engineering Division of PES, founded in 1979, and currently has over 200 permanent engineering staff, boasting significant experience in the Oil & Gas, Power, Renewable Energy, Chemical, Petrochemical, and Automotive sectors.



PES ENGINEERING provides technical and engineering services (Civil, Rotating Machinery, Static Equipment, Process, HSE Design, Electro-instrumental, Layout & Piping), offering over 200,000 engineering hours per year to all major Oil & Gas Companies, EPC Contractors, Industrial Manufacturers, etc.


Currently, PES ENGINEERING has 8 offices in Italy: HQ in Rosignano Solvay (LI), Livorno, San Donato Milanese, Florence, Rome, Bari, Vibo Marina (VV), and Gela.

Civil & building Engineer will be responsible for engineering deliverables of buildings of oil & gas, chemical, sustainable energy projects. Define the list of activities and deliverables, coordinate tasks according to the project schedule. Identify technical queries, deviations, and propose alternatives. Implement bidding methodologies, design criteria, and guidelines. Assist the proposal team with commercial quotations. Coordinate material quantity estimations. Support Project lead in preparing engineering man-hours and material cost estimates. Participate in client discussions and clarification meetings. Oversee project execution, monitor job progress, and ensure completion. Review client's technical documentation and requirements. Requirements:

Experience Required: 5-15 years, with at least 5 years in the Oil & Gas industry. Exposure to Field Engineering and Basic/FEED engineering will be an advantage. Prepare material specifications and architectural design for buildings. Prepare PR, MR, MTOs and BOQs. Knowledge in developing functional layout of buildings, MEP services. Control of subcontracted architectural engineering documents inside or outside group. Good experience of structural design software. i.e. STAAD, SAP 2000 / ETAB, MAT 3D/ FOUN. 3D, RAM Connections, RCDC etc. Acquainted with various codes. i.e. ACI 318, ASCE, AISC, IBC etc. Basic knowledge of modelling software. i.e. AutoCAD/ Microstation/Revit, S3D/E3D etc. * Good communication and teamwork skills.
