Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Architect with a strong background in designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of local building codes, urban planning regulations, and sustainable architecture practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and plan architectural structures that align with client requirements, building codes, and sustainability standards. Develop architectural drawings, conceptual designs, and 3D visualizations using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Coordinate with civil engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and government authorities throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure designs comply with UAE regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, ADM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.). Prepare and review tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and construction drawings. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications. Recommend materials, finishes, and construction techniques based on project type and budget. Provide creative solutions for space optimization, structural integration, and aesthetic appeal. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to finalize design decisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or civil engineering. Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE. Proven knowledge of local building codes, permitting procedures, and design standards. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, Lumion, and other architectural software. Excellent project management, coordination, and presentation skills. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. UAE driving license preferred.
