Job Description
Candidate should be capable but not limited to carry out the following;
- BIM preparation as per ADM Standards using Civil 3D surface
- Be able to modify the initial Civil 3D corridor as per BIM requirements to include road kerbs, landscape, hardscape, cycle track, shared areas, plot access etc.
- Be able to correlate Civil 3D with BIM softwares with regard to Road design using best industrial practices.
- Be able to demonstrate industrial best practices to efficiently develop Civil 3d model with landscape, sign & marking, cycle track, kerbs, trees, materials, etc.
- Be able to creating template and file name structure of model for BIM compliance
- Be able to take off/ extract quantity in BIM model
- Be able to coordinate all the road elements along with utilities to develop and unified BIM model as per ADM Standards

Qualifications
Minimum Education Required:- Diploma/Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree/B.Arch/ ITI
- 6 8 years experience in Civil 3D & 3+ years of minimum Revit experience
