The Main Event: What you'll do WeaEUR(TM)re seeking a dynamic City Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi and take our processes, OKRs, and other cross-functional subjects to the next level. This person will report to the GM of UAE, playing an important role in the company's growth in both Mortgages & Real Estate. This position will require an above-average balance between strategy and execution. Responsibilities: Define and execute the business strategy, fully owning results and P&L. YouaEUR(TM)ll be accountable for managing the full sales cycle Manage a team of Mortgage Consultants as well as Real Estate Agents, and hire when necessary. Liaise with Central Ops, Marketing and Product Teams to prioritize roadmaps and initiatives that will help you achieve your results. Achieve targets through effective planning, setting action plans / initiatives, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance The Perfect Match: What you bring Have 5-7 combined years of experience in Strategic Management Consulting or fast-scaling startups Self-driven and motivated to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Have Strong analytical ability with "test and learnaEUR mentality Led high-performing teams Have good stakeholder management skills, knowing how to influence the change, setting the right expectation, always communicating changes, goals, etc Can crunch numbers fast and come up with insights and possible solutions ItaEUR(TM)s not a fit if: Never led teams No stakeholder management experiences Not a strong communicator Only slides and no execution / Only execution and no slides What would be a plus: Fluency in Arabic Experience in management consulting Experience in early-stage venture-backed Startups that scaled
