Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of Citrix solutions, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and Netscaler, to meet business and technical requirements

Develop and document detailed technical designs, including high-availability, disaster recovery, and scalability strategies

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements

Possess 8+ years experience in Citrix Administration experience Provide technical leadership and expert opinion/guidance on enterprise-wide

Citrix infrastructure and ensure SLA compliance Exceptional implementation and troubleshooting skills in Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop) and Hypervisor (XenServer) Sound exposure to Citrix ADC, Gateway, SD-WAN, Web App Firewall, Application Delivery Management, etc

Proven skills in optimizing Citrix infrastructure Excellent understanding of Citrix Provisioning and Machine Creation Services Apt at Upgrades and Patch Management Evolve best practices aligned to ITIL Perform Vendor Management Well exposed to handling escalations, change control requirements, incident and problem resolution mechanisms; handle incident management and problem management tasks by performing proper troubleshooting, the root cause analysis and remediation Establish mechanisms/processes to identify incident/problem trends and implement measures to prevent them Creating and Maintaining technical documentation/SOPs

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
