We're hiring a

Cinematic Videographer & BTS Editor

who has deep knowledge of lighting, framing, and cinematic composition. Someone who can make every clinic and doctor look premium on camera while keeping all shoot assets and equipment perfectly organized.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot Planning & Coordination

Coordinate with

Manager - Founder's Office

for shoot schedules, briefs, and requirements. Prepare lighting setups, camera gear, and shot lists before each shoot. Brief the creative and support team on shoot flow and expectations.

On-Site Videography

Capture cinematic videos and BTS moments at clinics, studios, and events. Set up and manage professional lighting (key, fill, rim, RGB, softbox). Ensure perfect framing, exposure, and tone to maintain MediGrow's premium aesthetic. Guide doctors and staff for natural, confident on-camera delivery.

Post-Production & Color Work

Perform

color correction, color grading, and stabilization

for raw footage. Create short BTS or highlight videos showing the clinic's story and energy.

Organization & File Management

Label, sort, and upload all photos and videos to

Google Drive

following MediGrow's folder structure. Maintain backups and ensure easy access for editors and social media teams.

Equipment Management

Maintain a

checklist of all video and lighting equipment.

Before every shoot, verify that all required gear is packed and functional. After each shoot, ensure all equipment is safely returned, organized, and stored properly. Report any missing or damaged items to the Manager - Founder's Office.

Requirements

3-5 years of professional videography or studio production experience.
Strong understanding of

lighting setups, camera work, and framing techniques.

Proficient in

DaVinci Resolve / Premiere Pro

for color grading.
Skilled with

Sony/Canon mirrorless cameras

and basic sound setup.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
Able to travel across UAE (along with shoot team no driving license mandatory).
