Role Overview:

We're seeking a talented and versatile

Videographer + Video Editor

who can both capture stunning property and lifestyle footage

and

transform it into scroll-stopping content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This is a hands-on creative role where you'll be involved in the entire content creation process--from concept and filming to editing and publishing.

Responsibilities:

Videography

Film high-quality video content of properties, agents, lifestyle scenes, and neighborhoods Shoot scripted and candid content for social media Capture dynamic B-roll footage to enhance storytelling Set up lighting, audio, and framing for professional shoots Occasionally photograph properties or agents when required

Video Editing

Edit short-form video content (10-90 seconds) for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts Add motion graphics, transitions, text overlays, music, and subtitles Repurpose long-form footage into engaging short clips Maintain consistent branding (logos, colors, style) across all content Stay updated on trends to apply fresh, engaging styles/effects

Requirements:

Proven experience in both filming and editing for short-form social media content Strong portfolio showcasing engaging property, lifestyle, or similar videos Proficiency with cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment Skilled in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve Understanding of framing, lighting, cinematic movement, pacing, and storytelling Based in Dubai and available to start immediately Willing to travel locally for shoots

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

Drone filming experience & license Color grading and audio mixing Motion graphics or animation (After Effects, Canva, etc.) Photography skills (property, lifestyle, or portrait) Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market
