CHW (Chilled Water) Piping SupervisorLocation:

5Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all chilled water (CHW) piping installation works for villas, high-rise, and commercial projects. Review and interpret piping layouts, shop drawings, and technical specifications. Coordinate with mechanical engineers, site engineers, and QA/QC team to ensure proper execution. Ensure installation compliance with
Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) regulations
and project specifications. Monitor site progress, manpower, and material usage; report delays and propose solutions. Conduct quality checks, pressure testing, and inspections before handing over to QA/QC. Mentor junior technicians and enforce strict adherence to safety standards.Required Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum
7-10 years UAE experience
in CHW piping supervision. Provenexperience in villas and high-rise MEP projects is mandatory
. Strong knowledge ofCHW systems, insulation standards, and Abu Dhabi building regulations
. Ability to manage site teams and coordinate with subcontractors efficiently.Certifications (Preferred):
HVAC/Chilled Water Piping Certification Safety training or OSHA certification
