We are seeking a creative individual to manage the arrangement and presentation of chocolates in our shop and showcase areas. The ideal candidate will ensure that all chocolate products are displayed attractively in the shop, fridge, and windows, enhancing visual appeal and supporting sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange chocolates in shop displays, windows, and refrigeration units according to brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays at all times.
Monitor product quality, ensuring freshness and proper storage conditions.
Rotate stock to minimize waste and optimize presentation.
Assist in preparing special displays for promotions, events, or seasonal launches.
Work closely with store management to implement merchandising strategies.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, particularly for refrigerated products.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members, providing guidance or information as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Creativity in arranging products and designing displays.
Basic understanding of temperature-sensitive product handling.
Manual dexterity and ability to handle delicate items carefully.
Organizational skills and ability to maintain clean, neat, and attractive displays.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
Prior experience in a chocolates and confectionery shop is required.
