Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Chocolate Hamper & Gift Designer to conceptualize, design, and curate premium chocolate hampers, gift sets, and customized arrangements that reflect our brand's luxury and innovative identity. This role requires strong aesthetic sense, product styling expertise, and the ability to create designs that appeal to both retail and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Styling: Develop innovative concepts for hampers, gift boxes, and seasonal offerings (festivals, corporate events, weddings, and special occasions).

Product Curation: Select the right assortment of chocolates and complementary items (nuts, flowers, beverages, accessories) to create a balanced and appealing hamper.

Packaging & Branding: Work closely with the branding and production teams to ensure packaging reflects the company's premium positioning and aligns with brand colors and identity.

Trend Research: Stay updated with global gifting trends, luxury packaging styles, and competitor offerings to introduce fresh ideas.

Customization: Design tailored hampers for high-end clients, corporate gifting, and bulk orders with personalized touches.

Quality Control: Ensure all hampers and gifts are neatly presented, structurally secure, and maintain product freshness.

Collaboration: Coordinate with procurement, design, and operations to source materials, packaging supplies, and accessories cost-effectively.

Event & Seasonal Planning: Plan festive collections (Eid, Diwali, Christmas, Valentine's, etc.) well in advance to maximize market impact.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in gift design, packaging, or luxury product presentation (experience in chocolates, confectionery, or FMCG gifting is preferred).

Strong creative and artistic sense with attention to detail.

Knowledge of materials, packaging techniques, and cost optimization.

Ability to work under deadlines, especially during peak festive seasons.

Excellent coordination and communication skills to work across teams.

Flexible and innovative mindset, with the ability to bring new ideas to the table.
