The Brand Manager will lead brand strategy, product positioning, campaigns, and consumer engagement for a premium chocolate brand in Qatar. This role drives brand visibility, sales growth, and customer loyalty across retail & digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop annual brand plan & marketing calendar
Lead brand positioning, messaging & product launch plans
Manage digital & social media campaigns with agencies
Conduct market research & competitive analysis
Lead in-store branding, POSM & consumer activation
Work with sales & retail teams to ensure brand visibility
Plan seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, Eid, gifting seasons)
Monitor brand performance, marketing KPIs & ROI
Manage marketing budget & agency partners
Qualifications
3-6 years brand/marketing experience (preferably FMCG/confectionery)
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Strong understanding of GCC consumer behavior
Experience managing creative agencies & digital campaigns
Data-driven decision-making & good communication skills
