We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Chinese-speaking E-commerce Staff member to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Redbook (Xiaohongshu) and a solid background in e-commerce operations within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage online sales platforms and help drive digital growth.
Create and post engaging content on Redbook/Xiaohongshu to attract and engage potential customers.
Work with influencers and manage campaigns targeting Chinese-speaking audiences.
Monitor performance metrics and optimize posts and listings for better reach and conversions.
Provide customer support in Chinese and English.
Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is mandatory.
Solid experience using Redbook/Xiaohongshu for content creation or product promotion.
Prior e-commerce experience in the UAE is required.
Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Location:
This is a Dubai-based role. Applicants must currently be residing in Dubai.
