and gasTitle: Sales Coordinator Location: Dubai, UAE Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator in the Oil & Gas Company is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the sales team, managing customer inquiries, assisting with sales order processing, and ensuring efficient communication between various departments to meet sales targets. This role also requires a strong customer service orientation and a deep understanding of the company\'s products and services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist the sales team in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. 2. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales orders. 3. Monitor and track sales leads and opportunities 4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and plans. 5. Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely responses. 6. Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring prompt resolution. 7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. 8. Process sales orders and ensure accuracy in product selection, pricing, and delivery information. 9. Coordinate with various departments, including logistics and operations, to fulfill customer orders efficiently. 10. Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers. 11. Prepare and maintain sales reports, including sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics. 12. Ensure all sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements are complete and up to date. 13. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management. 14. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors\' activities. 15. Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team based on market research. 16. Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team. 17. Maintain organized records and files related to sales activities. 18. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of oil & gas products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
