Headquarters is in London and has 6 other locations worldwide. They have over 1000 employees that are currently located in different parts of the World.
Will be responsible for transaction processing; monitoring the correct workflow (deposit/ withdrawal process in internal systems).
Reporting to the Senior Head of the Dubai Office. Will be required for customer relationship management: coordinate with clients for orders, payments and issue resolution;
Will be Responsible for communication and coordination with different departments
Answering Chinese customer e-mails, assisted with client deposits, trading, withdrawals, and client training.
Key Candidate Criteria
Must have a strong background in the forex/banking/finance/fintech/stock exchange industry.
Must have a working knowledge of CRM platforms.
Should have excellent organizational skills and familiarity with market research techniques.
Ability to provide Professional Services.
Can speak fluent English and Cantonese or Russian.
