Hiring Requirement

Briefly, established in 1991, UCS (Unified Credit Solutions) is a leading B2B credit management group specialising in Business Information Services, Debt Collection Services, Receivables Management Services and Para Legal Services. UCS has local presence in 21 countries across Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and Europe.

UCS is looking for an experienced Lawyer of Chinese Nationality who will be responsible for managing a new vertical of legal services which includes fields such as Commercial Law, Company Law, Maritime Law and Intellectual Property.

The primary responsibility will be to manage relations with existing partner firms and building new relationships in China and other countries to source the business for the new vertical.

Functional Expertise & Main Job-Related Skills

Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that defines go-to-market sales strategy. Supporting the management in the development and alignment of UCS's brand positioning and client value propositions. Building new clients whilst managing relationship with and acquiring more work from existing clients to increase the sales pipeline. Sending submissions to potential clients/prospects on a daily basis and conducting virtual meetings whenever required. Drafting of contracts and other legal agreements with the ability to advise on different legal issues. Attending various seminars and conferences in China, UAE and around the world to promote the specialised legal services of our firm.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or above in Law. Speaks fluently in English and Chinese. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good commercial negotiation skills. Good team spirit with good character and able to work hard under pressure. Proficient in MS Office and particularly Excel to maintain records and analyse performance in the ERP.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
