Perform routine preventive maintenance on air-cooled and water-cooled chillers.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in chiller systems.
Conduct regular inspections of compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, and control panels.
Monitor system performance and adjust settings for optimal efficiency.
Carry out refrigerant charging, leak testing, vacuuming, and system flushing.
Maintain and repair associated HVAC components such as AHUs, FCUs, and cooling towers.
Read and interpret technical diagrams, wiring schematics, and service manuals.
Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and work completion forms.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental guidelines, and company procedures.
Provide support during emergency breakdowns and after-hours service calls.
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and customers for job updates and technical support.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in chiller maintenance (Copeland, Bitzer Carrier, York, Daikin, etc.).
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerants (R134a, R410A, R407C, etc.).
Ability to use diagnostic tools such as gauges, multimeters, and pressure testing equipment.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
