We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Chiller Technician

to join our Facilities Management team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with central cooling systems, including air-cooled and water-cooled chillers. They will be responsible for performing maintenance, diagnosing faults, and ensuring optimal operation of HVAC systems within commercial and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of chiller systems (air-cooled & water-cooled). Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in centrifugal, screw, scroll, and reciprocating chillers. Conduct performance tests, temperature readings, pressure monitoring, and system diagnostics. Maintain and interpret technical documentation including schematics, wiring diagrams, and control logic. Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure energy efficiency and reliability. Prepare detailed service and maintenance reports. Coordinate with FM engineers and supervisors for timely resolution of issues. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and best practices during all activities. Supervise and guide junior technicians when required.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related technical field. Minimum 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/chiller maintenance within the FM industry in the UAE or GCC. Strong knowledge of HVAC control systems, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and BMS integration. Familiar with brands like Carrier, Trane, York, Daikin, etc. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and control schematics. Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
