Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance & servicing of chiller units (screw, centrifugal, scroll, reciprocating)

Diagnose & repair mechanical/electrical faults in chillers, pumps, and control panels

Operate and monitor systems for optimal efficiency; recommend improvements

Handle refrigerants responsibly and follow all environmental safety standards

Maintain logs for inspections, maintenance, and repairs

Work with BMS and HVAC control systems for calibration and programming

Coordinate with HVAC team and engineers for shutdowns, upgrades, and repairs

Attend emergency breakdowns and carry out timely corrective actions Ensure full compliance with local safety guidelines and manufacturer specs

Qualifications & Experience:

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering

Minimum 5 years of hands-on UAE/GCC experience in chiller systems

Proficient in troubleshooting and compressor overhauling of major brands (Trane, Carrier, York, Daikin, SKM)

Working knowledge of BMS and HVAC control systems

Skills & Requirements:

Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills

Familiar with HVAC schematics & manuals

Proficient with HVAC tools & diagnostic software

Physically fit for hot, confined space work

Willing to work shifts and respond to emergency callouts

Able to work outdoors in UAE weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,800.00 - AED4,200.00 per month

Experience:

* Chiller Technician: 2 years (Preferred)
