to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of chiller systems and associated HVAC equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air-cooled and water-cooled chillers.
Diagnose and repair faults in chillers, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems.
Monitor chiller plant performance and carry out routine inspections.
Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection, and system pressure testing in compliance with safety standards.
Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and system performance.
Work closely with the maintenance and engineering teams to ensure optimal operation of HVAC systems.
Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in chiller maintenance (Trane, Carrier, York, Daikin, etc.).
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical controls.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
EPA / F-Gas or equivalent certification (preferred).
Good communication and reporting skills.
