Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial chiller systems, including centrifugal, screw, scroll, and reciprocating chillers.
Perform maintenance of Chillers, chilled water pumps, pressurization units, FAHUs, AHUs, FCU as per the checklist
Perform maintenance of 3-way valves, Isolating valves, DRVs.
Perform Preventive and corrective maintenance of Thermostats.
Knowledge of chemical dosing system operation and maintenance.
Perform condenser fan motor re-bearing and servicing.
Diagnose and resolve issues with refrigeration circuits, compressors, evaporators, condensers, and other system components.
Service and maintain
pumps
used in HVAC systems, including chilled water and condenser water pumps.
Conduct system performance tests and ensure optimal operation of HVAC systems and associated equipment.
Work with building automation systems (BAS) to monitor and adjust chiller and HVAC performance.
Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics for troubleshooting and repairs.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation of repairs and maintenance and chillers history books and log books.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates and recommendations.
knowledge of Daikin, PETRA and Carrier chillers. Ideal candidate should be able to rebuild them.
