Job Description

Perform

installation, operation, and maintenance

of air-cooled and water-cooled chillers (screw, centrifugal, scroll, absorption, etc.). Conduct

diagnosis and troubleshooting

of mechanical, electrical, and control system faults in chillers and associated HVAC systems. Carry out

preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance

as per schedules. Inspect, test, and adjust chiller components, including compressors, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and control panels. Monitor system performance, refrigerant levels, pressures, and temperatures; take corrective measures when necessary. Handle

refrigerant recovery, charging, and leak detection

in compliance with environmental regulations. Maintain proper documentation of service reports, checklists, and repair history. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all work. Provide

technical support

to clients, site teams, and junior technicians. Recommend improvements in system efficiency and energy savings.
