(air-cooled & water-cooled) while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise combined with the ability to work closely with project managers, supervisors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute installation, commissioning, and maintenance of central chiller systems in line with project requirements.
Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to plan daily tasks and meet project deadlines.
Supervise and guide helpers/technicians during installation and service works.
Prepare and maintain accurate service reports, checklists, and project documentation.
Monitor equipment performance, system efficiency, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Conduct site inspections, identify risks, and report critical issues to management.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Support project handover activities and client demonstrations.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Chiller Technician in commercial/industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of air-cooled and water-cooled chillers (centrifugal, screw, scroll).
Familiarity with project drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
Ability to manage time, coordinate tasks, and work under project schedules.
ITI/Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
