The successful candidate will be responsible for painting and MEP maintenance in residential properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and visually appealing..

Responsibilities:

Perform periodic preventive maintenance on Chiller units.

Perform periodic preventive maintenance on chiller control systems. Perform periodic preventive maintenance on HVAC units. Document all equipment installations: make, model, serial number, necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessary. Routine inspection and repair of HVAC units Routine inspection and repair of Chillers. Monitor the performance and adjust Chiller equipment to obtain maximum efficiency. Ensure that all operation and maintenance activities are properly recorded and documented. Response to emergency and breakdowns. Ensure all portable equipment are in correct order and use safely. Assist to perform the electrical, mechanical, and plumbing and others when and where required. Advises Team Leaders and Supervisors concerning major repairs / changes required. Check regularly electrical and mechanical safety and operation components of the chiller units. Coordinate for Conduct setting adjustment and calibration of controllers and sensors. Perform installation and commissioning of split and package type air conditioning units. Participate in Emergency Evacuation procedures. Abide by safety and environmental rules and policies Report any accident, incident or near misses incident Propose improvement of efficiency or safety operation Assist supervisors, Engineers, sub contractors on maintenance, inspection and trouble shooting tasks.
Document maintenance activities and provide recommendations for upgrades and improvements.

Compliance: Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.

Keep up-to-date with the latest industry standards and practices.

Teamwork: Collaborate with the property management team to schedule maintenance tasks and prioritize projects.

Communicate effectively with colleagues and property residents.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a AC / Chiller Technician in residential settings. Proficiency in AC / Chiller techniques, equipment, and materials. Solid understanding of AC / Chiller systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Ability to diagnose and repair AC / Chiller issues. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Excellent problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines. Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. Strong communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or certification in painting or MEP is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
