About the Role:
Adams Club is looking for a creative and reliable Kids Event Planner & Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and wants the flexibility to earn through both part-time work and event coordination.
You'll assist with daily club activities , birthday party planning and have the opportunity to plan and run your own events or themed programs at the club.
Compensation:
Part-Time Work: A fixed daily rate for regular shifts at the club.
Commission-Based Events: Earn a percentage of total event income when you organize and run your own events.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and facilitate engaging kids' activities and themed events( such as birthday parties , sensory activities etc...)
Assist with daily club operations and activities.
Manage event setup, registration, and cleanup.
Supervise children and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience.
Communicate professionally with parents and the Adams Club team.
Requirements:
Experience planning or coordinating children's activities or workshops.
Creative, organized, and energetic.
Able to manage logistics and work independently.
Reliable transport to and from Adams Club.
