Maintain accurate daily records of attendance, work hours, overtime, and leave for all site workers across multiple locations.
Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to verify manpower deployment and productivity.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly timekeeping reports to HR and project management.
Monitor and reconcile discrepancies in attendance and timesheets.
Ensure timely submission of payroll inputs and support payroll processing.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee data.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding of site workers from a timekeeping perspective.
Implement and maintain digital or manual timekeeping systems as required.
Travel between sites to conduct audits and ensure compliance with timekeeping procedures.
Liaise with HR and Finance departments for payroll, compliance, and reporting matters.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in timekeeping, preferably in civil construction or similar industries.
Familiarity with labor laws and site operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and timekeeping software (e.g., ERP systems, biometric systems).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel between sites regularly.
