Dubai, UAE SALARY: 40,000 AED - 45,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent

This person will be responsible for overseeing development of the B2B platform including mobile capabilities as well as other technology for all subsidiaries. As this will be a new role, they will be responsible for building out their team. They will work directly with the management team to create goals, KPI\'s and priorities, looking at both long-term and immediate needs. They will continuously monitor customer wants, track product success and help to make decisions to increase revenue and market share.

The following list shows some but not all the duties that are expected daily:

• Within the B2B online platform manage and evolve current offerings to meet the needs of both internal and external customers.

• Manage product content to ensure that is up to date and robust.
• Implement reporting and filters that capture customer data used to gauge trends and interest.
• Take customer feedback to improve and adjust present tools.
• Work with other departments to understand challenges and evolve systems to meet their needs.
• Constant review of the platforms as they work today with an eye towards needed changes and development.
• Work with our CIO and CMO to create a B2B Mobile Application to capture sales for our DSD company in the MENA region.
• Create documentation and presentations to show how to use existing as well as new technology and tools.
• Finalize projects that have been pending / in progress over all platforms. Analyze existing data to determine the best choice.
• Create internal Sales Dashboard through Power BI & other that will be linked directly to our ERP system (SAP).

• Understand the sales process to create procedures that allow the team to work efficiently and with ease.
• Link the CRM with SAP to enable tasks and activity logs to be produced. This gives the sales team the ability to manage next steps with leads and existing accounts.
• Create reporting that tracks all created customer documents within the system, allowing for clean up as needed and to verify accuracy.
• Create a virtual warehouse dashboard that will be linked directly to our ERP system (SAP).

• Understand the warehouse process to create procedures that allow the team to work efficiently and with ease.
• Work with management to understand their needs and how to display / interact with them.
• Develop and manage budgets for existing technology.

• Lead relationship with all vendor and technology partners.
• Research and recommend new products/systems that yield competitive advantages.

• Constant monitoring of KPI\'s and company goals to determine technology performance and usefulness.

Technical Requirements

• SQL server 2012, 2017 and 2019 query language
• SAP B1 9.3 and 10.x API
• Microsoft Power BI
• Visual Studio 2013, 2017 and 2022 (Visual C#, Java scripts, and CSS)
• DevSecOps knowledge and experience
• RPA and AI knowledge and experience
• Content Delivery Network experience and understanding

Requirements:

• E-Commerce experience is required.
• Proven experience as a CTO or similar role as head of IT
• Has worked with startups or small to medium size companies.
• Have managed budgets for a large array of technology, systems, and tools. With an emphasis on cost effectiveness and company necessity.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms to every level of the business.
• Able to do analysis and research on tools, process, and results to determine if desired company initiatives are being met. Once done, the ability to advise and recommend future needs based on current and pending priorities.
• Bachelor\'s degree in IT, computer science or other technology related courses. Master\'s Degree preferred.
• Well versed in technology trends, terms, and concepts.
• Leadership of a team managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize the items needed to manage all business platforms in a timely manner.
• Experience in leading complex changes and initiatives. Creating timelines and implementation schedules with all necessary parties involved.
