Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Chief Technology Officer to be based in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Provide technical support and supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Identify and analyse emerging trends of the technology landscape and developments as well as provide recommendations and present business ideas for technology initiatives and improvements.
• Develop technical aspects of the company\xe2\x80\x99s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
• Develop strategies to support long-term goals through technological advancements.
• Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Ensure compliance with data security standards.
• Monitor and manage IT budgets to assess technological performance while ensuring cost efficiency.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in IT, computer science, or similar.
• Proven experience in Product/IT Solution development, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Startup and Multinational Experience is an advantage.
• Have managed multiple software development projects.
• Proven track record of success in leadership positions, technology innovation, design, development, and implementation
• Strong background in frontend or backend technologies and programming languages.
• Ability to pitch ideas to investors.
• Possesses critical thinking & problem-solving skills; Successful track record of delivering business results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and strong interpersonal skills.
