• Research & partner with the Product and UX teams to find best technologies to materialize the End to End security & privacy o\xef\xac\x80ering, across the entire user device ecosystem, in the most integrated & simple UX possible.
• Build a strong team both o\xef\xac\x80shore and abroad to benefit the business from a low-cost advantage as well as benefiting from the di\xef\xac\x80erentiating expertise required to manifest our value proposition vision.
• Hire & coach leaders within the Engineering organization who can bring functional excellence to the products, psychological safety & empowerment to engineers to be their best selves.
• Make the technology available, through SDKs & APIs to be able to OEM (white label) our technology to our current and future enterprise partners.
• Enforce global scale service SLAs (for the VPN & other infra heavy technologies) that\xe2\x80\x99s cost e\xef\xac\x80ective within the business\xe2\x80\x99s economics.
• Establishes our brand as market leader through thought-leadership in communities, white papers and researches.
• Partner closely with Growth leaders to research and develop freemium tools & products, within Security & privacy ecosystems, that can help with user acquisitions to be converted into the premium holistic security & privacy product that you\xe2\x80\x99d be developing in parallel.
• Evangelize and develop customer centricity, quality-at-the-source, speed & agility within the engineering organization.
• Own & continuously explore the future trends of AI, Web3, IoT, Smart home, Cyber Parenting, AR/VR and 5G to co-author the strategy for brand building, acquisition advantages and long- term user retention.
• Helps organization secure patents where cost -benefit analysis supports, helping with Org valuation and USP.
• Working closely with the InfoSec leadership, ensure Security and Privacy by design as a key characteristic of our o\xef\xac\x80erings.
• Leads the architecture design and technology stack, works closely with counterparts of large scale technology partners to devise optimal solutions based on their end user needs.

Requirements

• You have an existing background managing large multi-functional technology stacks, successfully driving innovation milestones working closely with the Product leadership.
• You deeply understand the customers and personas.
• You are hands-on and are comfortable managing a large engineering team, through your reports.
• You have a bias for action.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong commercial acumen, grit, and deep appreciation for quality.

Quali\xef\xac\x81cation

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science or a relevant domain from a renowned university.
• Previous end to end product launch experience, and scaling product to millions of consumers & prosumers (SMBs).
