Assisting the highest ranking executive in the organisation for technology and will be responsible for the overall success of the companys technology requirements. This position leads the Team and is responsible for driving technology organizational capability through hands on leadership, influence and practical application of your expertise across all elements of the technology business in all aspects. From development of the overall master technology roadmap and blueprint, proof of concepts, future technology product vision to strategy and execution to reality, the role will also ensure the technology is with the best infrastructure of the processes to continue delivering products that creates increasing value for the company's clients and users. Develop and execute the company's technology roadmap and strategy to support the overall business goals and objectives. Develop, manage and deploy systems for internal use to improve the businesses workflow, innovation and automation.. Oversee the design, development, and launch of cutting-edge products, ensuring they meet market requirements, are scalable, and aligned with customer needs. Provide technical guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams, to ensure successful product development and delivery. Evaluate new emerging and innovative technologies that can provide competitive advantage to the business. Bachelor or Master degree in IT, computer science, or similar. Minimum 15 yrs of experience in leadership role Proven experience as a Head of IT role, preferably in a fast-paced and technology-driven industry. Have managed multiple software development projects. Proven track record of success in leadership positions, technology innovation, design, development, and implementation Experience with ERP implementation highly desirable Strong technical background, with expertise in software development, infrastructure, cloud computing, and data analytics. Demonstrated success in leading and managing technology teams, fostering innovation, and driving results. Extensive knowledge of emerging technologies, industry trends, and their potential impact on business operations. Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, with a focus on data protection and privacy. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering scalable and innovative solutions.
