Job Description

: We are looking for a leader in the IT department, and an employee responsible for organization-wide systems and information, plans, organizing, and implementing company or client's technical projects. His/Her main duties include coordinating production releases and roll-outs, delegating tasks to the necessary employees, and presenting on projects' progress and results. *
Responsibilities:

• Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals

• Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports

• Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees

• Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities

• Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget

• Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence

• Conducting risk assessments for projects

• Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress

• Developing the company's strategy for using technological resources

• Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably, and securely

• Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure

• Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals

• Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage

• Help departments use technology profitably

• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency

• Build quality assurance and data protection processes

• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance

• Use stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology

• Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors

Skills:

• 3-5+ years experience in IT managing

• Strong leadership quality

• Excellent organizational and managerial ability

• Bachelor's degree in fields of Computer Science and Information Technology

• Be able to deliver based on short deadlines and can multitask

• Expert in IT infrastructure, security, asset management, help desk support, and research and development.

• Expert in managing access to certain technologies and applications on the company network, responding to outages and cyber hacks, and backing up key data.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Laravel and 4 years with React

• Restful APIs

• Database stored procedure

• AWS and other Linux Server

• Responsive and cross-browser compatible design

• Real-time notifications and chat

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Familiar/Can code web3.js
